ABOUT MEI've spent the last 13 years advising, managing and mentoring start-ups, non-profits, SMEs and Fortune 500 companies in the Americas, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Notable businesses include Visa Europe (now Visa Inc.), KKR and Deloitte. Presently, I'm based in Belgium working for imec.istart, the number #1 ranked university linked accelerator in the world as the internationalization officer, supporting early stage tech (software & hardware) pre-seed to series B start-ups to successfully enter into international markets. I provide comprehensive support covering a variety of subjects as HR, go-to-market, sales, marketing and fundraising. Prior to moving to Belgium, I worked five years in East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda) with Brioche, 1000 Hills Distillery and Grameen Foundation's TaroWorks, helping lead, support and build sustainable businesses.
