I've spent the last ten years advising, managing and mentoring start-ups, non-profits, SMEs and Fortune 500 companies in the Americas, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Notable businesses include Visa Europe (now Visa Inc.), KKR and Deloitte. For five years, I worked in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with Brioche, 1000 Hills Distillery and Grameen Foundation's TaroWorks. Right now, I'm based in Belgium, working to create business opportunities for African start-ups & SMEs at OvO, Seedstars and Stepchange Africa,
Career highlights include creating and launching Africa's first Macadamia Nut Liqueur, managing one of East Africa's fastest growing bakery-pastry chains, forming the European Business Chamber Rwanda and managing the Press Office for Visa Europe for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
Outside of work I've sat on the board of directors for Rwandan social enterprises; Imagine We and SmartClass Rwanda and non profit Esther's Aid. Also, I supported the growth of Cricket Builds Hope as a General Assembly Member.

I've regularly lectured on marketing and entrepreneurship in East and Southern Africa at the African Leadership University in Kigali, Rwanda.
I've spoken at the Global Africa Forum on Communications on creating a conducive business climate in Africa and moderated the OvO Business Club Africa event in Brussels, Belgium. More recently, I was a featured speaker at Loop Accelerator (Rwanda). In September 2021, you'll find me at the SA Innovation Summit.
Over the years, I've made numerous appearances in media outlets across Africa. I've been on CNBC Africa as well have been interviewed by The East African, RTV, The New Times (Rwanda) and Voice of America to mention a few.
